I'm impressed. I was told it was a Special but it could be a Super. Without the emblems it's tough. I think the fender trim had something to do with how expensive it was originally. The more holes there were the more you had to pay.

It still has the straight 8 and three on the tree!

4 ventiport fenders and it's a Roadmaster, 3 and it's a Special, Super or Century. Roadmaster and Super had a 127" wheelbase and the Special and Century had a 122" wheelbase. If the dash is still intact you can determine which it is that way. The Super will have 2 circular gauges with the speedo on the left and oil, temp and so on to the right.

On second thought, the dash may be the same for all four models in 53.

110 mph speedo on the right and oil and temp on the left. It's getting alot of attention the last few days.
