Moving to Denver, CO and we all know how good these things are in the snow. Gauging interest to see if I should hold onto it until next spring or just sell now....

Thanks QTR Mile!

Michael- Michelle got an offer we couldn't refuse out there at one of the hospitals. Not to mention we wanted to live closer to the mountains!!!! It'll be sad to leave sw ohio, but I'm sure I won't miss it too much when i'm snowboarding every weekend!

Sorry Cool Hand, no trades. I acutally just bought a brand new car today. Dealer only wanted to give me $5500 trade in because of the "racing" clutch.

Anyway, back to the car:

PROBLEMS: The clutch pedal rattles or the throw out bearing squeaks depending on where you set the clutch adjuster. Clutch and tranny work just fine, no slippage, but in case sounds bug you I thought I'd mention it. The off road h-pipe and flows do a very nice job of drowning out noises though! The only other thing is the passenger side window. When you shut the door when the window is up, the rubber seal doesn't seal very well. If you shut the door with the window down, then put the window up, it seals fine. Those are the only items I am aware of.

This car drives great and I have been using it as a daily driver for the past 6 months. I've owned it for 5 years and bought it in Cincy with 73000 miles on it.

If you are serious about buying the car or want to make an offer my cell is 513-490-2178.

Asking Price: $7,750.00

That is a beautiful car Brice. That dealer was trying to steal it. I'd jump on it if I had the moolah. Good luck and enjoy Denver.

So who bought it Brett?

Bob it was nice meeting you too. I really wish I could have sold the car to someone on the board so I could keep tabs on the car! I'm delivering it to the person who bought it tomorrow. They have never driven a stick before so it should be interesting... hopefully it'll be kept in good shape still.

The Passat is absolutely awesome. 280hp V6. It will really go when in paddle shift mode. Because Denver gets 60" of snow, I figured I had to get something awd and tried to find something that was still quick and fun to drive.

My wife and I are leaving on 10/18 for Denver. Hopefully I can sell the house before then.....

Michael- Ever put a blower on a Passat? haha
