Alright the first event of the new year has been picked, I wanna know what people have going on to see what the best day to schedule would be. I'm thinking the second or third Saturday in Jan. time 6-9 or ten, unless you guys want cosmic bowling, but i was trying to appeeze the guys with kids, I know they dont wanna be out late...Let me know if you would have any conflicts so I can set the date for it...

My wife and I will probably join in for some bowling fun.
If the winter weather gets better (colder) and there is an interest in going skiing/snowboarding/snow tubing I don't mind making the arrangements. Most places require 15 or 20 people for groupd rates and if we go that route we would need a definite commitment from people ahead of time.

It dosn't need to be that cold to ski/snowboard. Mad River Mountain makes their own snow. I was 'boarding up there last year when it was 40 degrees and raining!

Cold is not really required but it is to some extent. They need it to be 28 degrees or less to make snow. Some places can make it when its closer to 32 with an additive called snow max. Right now Mad River is closed as are several other ski area around here. Perfect North is still operating but not at 100%. I will likely be there tomorrow and/or Thursday in the evenings. However, if this weather doesn't improve no one is going to be open.
