Alright, after seeing the small interest in this, and talking to a few people about schedules, I've decided I'm just going to have this at my place. Anywhere from 6 to 10 people are welcome. If theres more who express interest then we'll take 2qwk4u's offer of having it at his place. For now the game goes as follows: No limit Texas Hold'em is the game. $10 dollar game buyins. Everyone receives the same amount of chips and you play till the last man standing. The number of people will determine the payout, 9 or less 2nd place gets there 10 bucks back, and first takes the rest. 10 players we'll pay 3 places; 70, 20, 10. PM me so I know for sure whos coming. The date is set for November 4th, unless there seems to be too many conflicts then we'll go for the weekend after. I'd say start around 7pm so we can get at least two games in. B.Y.O.B. I'll provide chips and such, if anyone wants to cookout along with this let me know. Thanks!

I wouldn't want to invest more than 5 to 10 bucks, this is a friendly game, no one should be able to pay off their house with the proceeds.

Its a 5 dollar per person buy in, nothing to fancy, just enough to keep crazy players honest...Not per hand either, per game...if we get enough people a game should last a while...

Everyone puts there 5 bucks in. Everyone gets the same amount of chips. You play till theres one left. First and second pay out. Prolly 10 to second and first gets whats left...That way all you can lose is 5 bucks. Unless we play more than one game.
