I need to see if it's worth my while to put "Pearl" up for sale. I know what I'd like, but not sure what the market will bear. Anyone have an idea?

My guess would be that Fox stangs like yours probably go for around 9 or 10k maybe a little more, but like Rixxx said it's way too nice for you to sell it. Put it up somewhere and start on a new project. :2cents: :toast:

I've got a new project. It's located on Rt. 40 over by Lewisburg. Hint-planning on building a log home.

I know. I'm gonna have to change the plans to include a 3 car garage. The wife's tired of scrapping snow though I told her I'd scrape it first thing in the morning and warm it up for her etc., but she's pretty adamant about it. I know she wears the pants, but the fringes are pretty good so I don't care.

I was thinking that 10K would be a fair price, but in a few years it might bring more if I keep it as it is. Anyway, thanks guys. I've been pretty consumed with this building thing. I haven't made a cruise or other activity all summer. Nor have I gone shooting. Plus this mess with Dayton Public...I won't go there at this time.
