OK, this kid I am supposed to buy a Mustang from is giving me the runaround on the car, it seems.
So, just to see if someone has one, I'm looking for an 87-93 LX, preferably a notch, but I can deal with a hatchback. And 79-86 OK. Engine size does not matter, if any, since I'll be swapping it anyway. I don't really care if it runs or even has a motor or trans. I'd prefer a manual car, but an auto is OK.
Body wise, as long as the glass is good and it's not rusted out in the floors and quarters, I'll be interested. Also if the easy to replace parts are dented, rusty or dinged, that's fine too, but no total losses. I want to be able to drop a motor and trans in and go.
Now, the pipe dream part lol. I'm looking for one under $500. It's probably wishful thinking, but I've found most of my other cars for less or free in better condition than I'm looking for now.
