I'm selling my 97 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
It currently has only 92,xxx original miles on it and runs awesome!
It was a local Township's LT's (Admin) car. It was never used as a road patrol unit (that I know of) and the condition definitely reflects that.
It was painted high gloss black about 6 months ago. All the antenna, spotlight holes where filled in at that time. The paint job is NOT perfect but still is very, very nice.
I "blacked out" the whole car's trim/windows and front grill. I did ALL the chrome trim with 3M black tape. The front trim will need retapped this spring. I painted the
front grill to match the car. Looks evil! :>)
On a scale of 1-10. 10 being best.

It runs like a scalded dog for a P71!! I did add in a Custom burned SCT chip to the car's ECM. These chips give the car more power and performance shifting of the transmission. If you punch it will do every bit of 135+MPH! It also gets around 22MPG out on the open road (driving sanely).
Other than the chip and removing the Air silencer, the car is ALL stock!
For the interior....It is blue. It's a very clean car and never smoked in. The front seats are cloth and in good shape, but can use a cleaning. The rear seat is vinyl and in good shape. The door panels/switches are nice and work. Although, the rear windows/locks are currently disabled. Very common on old cop cars. I never got around to putting them back in service use.
The dash/headliner are in good shape. The floor has the standard black rubber floor mat which is in very good shape. BTW, the A/C is ice cold and it also has working Cruise control.
It also has Anti-lock brakes and Traction Control. Both work good. Nice features here up North! It has the standard 3.27 rearend WITH Posi! The brakes have approx. 75% pad life left.
It is VERY clean under the hood! I hate dirty engines.
I just upgraded to 16" wheels/tires the other day. The front tires are Goodyear Aquatreads and the rear tires are Goodyear RS-As. All have approx. 70% treadlife remaining. It made a dramatic difference in the handling/ride!
You'd be very hard pressed to find a nicer 97 P71!! They are very difficult to find in this condition - especially around here!!
There was a 97 in similar condition/mileage on EBay just the other day go a NO SALE at $4,600...Did not meet the Reserve.
I do have a lien on the car the will need to be paid off before it is sold.
I bought it off a local used car dealer that still retains the title. That would entail that you guys come down here to do the transaction.
Asking Price is $4400 FIRM.
